The highlight of our Tennessee trip (besides meeting baby Rhoades, of course!) was our visit to Gentry's Farm. We had a lot of fun at Middleton Farms with Sweet T last year, so a pumpkin patch visit was high on our priority list for our time together in October, and we hit the jackpot with this place!
The weather was perfect, the people were friendly, the scenery was beautiful.
And of course, there were plenty of pumpkins!
Afton enjoyed seeing the farm animals...
...going down the slide (over and over and over)...
...and so much more! There were TONS of activities for little ones.
We even ran into some of my old Emory & Henry friends--what a wonderful surprise! Hunter and Jessica happen to have the most adorable two-year-old twins; it was so fun to see Afton, Julie, and Anna play together! I didn't even realize until later that this day was Homecoming at E&H--a perfect time to share some memories about our beloved alma mater.
We took a relaxed wagon ride all around the farm.
There were lots of pretty sights to see along the way!
We even managed to find our way through the corn maze!
Thanks for such a wonderful day, Gentry's Farm!
