We even gathered with WAY more than 10 people to celebrate Mardi Gras! It’s so crazy looking back at how quickly this all changed.
But it’s also comforting to recognize the things that haven’t changed. Like the walks to the neighborhood duck pond…
…and of course plenty of time spent together at home.
Part of me looks back at these photos and wishes we had “lived it up” more while we could. But I’m trying to reframe and be inspired by the fact that I already saw beauty in simple moments at home. The season we’re in right now is hard, but it’s still beautiful.
