One more set of photos from last year’s trip to Kentucky for Christmas: a visit to the Highlands Museum and Discovery Center!
I had not been there in a long time, and the main thing I remembered was the Country Music Heritage Hall, which is still going strong!

Another favorite was this 19th century classroom! Sweet T was really in her element. ;)
Of course there were plenty of Christmas decorations to admire.

But let’s be honest, wtih two-year-old Afton in tow, we were mostly there for the Discovery Center! First stop: toddler terminal.
The “Treehouse of my Own” exhibit was a definite favorite!
Afton tried her hand at grocery shopping and serving uncle Alex some fast food. ;)
There was SO much to see and do!
Thanks for a fun day, Highlands Museum! I have a feeling we’ll be seeing you again. :)
